Photos Of Damaged Items
Photos allow us to clearly understand the situation and provide resolution options quickly. They also allow us to file claims with shipping companies (FedEx/UPS/USPS/) and work with our vendors to prevent such damage in the future.
Please provide a photo that clearly shows the product error. For example, if you received the wrong size, take a photo of the backdrop with a tape measure so we can see the size of the backdrop you received. If the item was damaged in shipping, please provide a photo of the damaged box as well as the damage to the product.
We also require photos of all labels on outer packaging including the label with shipping address. This is important for us to file claims with the shipping company.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund/replacement for an item without clear photos of the damage.
