Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries around the world. Please contact us if you are unable to enter your address during checkout.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 1 -3 business days.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Shipping Mothod: FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS/USPS
To USA 3-8 business days,
To Other countries 5-15 business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, shipping delays may occur sometimes. For this reason, please note that the above shipping times are given as estimates only.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can request cancellation of your order at any times. However, please note that we won't be able to cancel your orders if the goods has already been shipped out to you. In this case you will need to submit a return request after you receive your order. Please review our return policy for full details. 

To cancel your order, you will need to send an email to support@tazooly.com with subject line "Order Cancellation". Please do not forget to include the order number.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Please notify us as soon as you discover the error.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 

Although every effort is made to ensure quality and accuracy, occasionally errors can occur. Please report damaged or defective items within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement.

The first step is to email support@tazooly.com with the following information: 

  1. Your name & order number
  2. Photos of the damaged item. If the box was damaged, please provide a photo of the box as well. (See: Why do I need to provide photos?)
  3. Photos of all the labels on outer packaging including the label that clearly shows the shipping address.

Once we receive this information, we will provide you with resolution options as quickly as possible.
